STEPHANIE
Stephanie began her career in childcare at age 16, upon leaving school she entered into an apprenticeship working in a nursery and gaining her SVQ levels 2&3 in Childcare and Education. In 2005 she left the nursery and began working as a childminder with her Mum until her retirement in 2018 when Stephanie joined into a Childminding partnership with her life long friend Lynsey, working from Lynsey’s home. Stephanie is a married mum of two and draws on her personal and professional experience to provide the best care for the children she looks after.
LYNSEY
Lynsey also began her career in childcare upon leaving school, at age 15 she also began a modern apprenticeship and went to work in a nursery gaining her SVQ levels 2&3 in Childcare and Education in 2004. She continued to work in private nurseries until 2016 when she left the nursery to become a sole Childminder working from her home. Then in 2018 Stephanie joined her and they became a Childminding partnership. Lynsey is a married mum of two with two step children also. She uses her experience as a mum and childcare practitioner to provide the best experiences and care for the children she care’s for.
